How long does shipping take?

Processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Once order is ready, you will receive email notification that it has been shipped.
We will email you a tracking number, once your order has been shipped.

Delivery time is about 8-10 business days.

Shipping time highly depends on the carrier's distribution networks, local customs inspection, airline arrangement, etc, so the delivery time is not 100% guaranteed.But 90% parcels are expected to be delivered within the Delivery Time Range.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE

1. Contact us at tplopee@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, the first and last name the order was placed under, and an explanation of why you wish to return or exchange your item(s). Email must include a photo of the damaged or defective items.

2. Our customer service will reply and give you solution in 48 hours.

We will be responsible for all damaged or defective items problems.
